Trimalen :

  • Low density polyethylene film
  • high puncture resistance.

Made from a specific composition, this film replaces LDPE and allows to reduce thicknesses whilst maintaining a high protection due to excellent mechanical properties. Allows real savings and to reduce wastes. Largely used in slaughterhouses and butcher sector regarding its puncture resistance, but also as drum liner and FFS packing.

 

 

  • LFT : Lay Flat Tube. This is the basic product obtained by blown extrusion, a tubular film. At the end of the process, the plastic film is winded on a core and flattened.

 

  • CFS : Centre fold sheet. It is a lay flat tube cut (or opened) on one side.

 

  • SWS : Single wound sheet. This film is obtained when both edges of a lay flat tube (or tubular film) are cut. Each film is then winded on a core.
